Hi, I’m Steffi.
I’m a psychotherapist, coach, and career educator.
Here’s a bit about me:
Pronouns: (she/her/hers)
I’m the owner of Career Therapy with Steffi and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) in OH and FL.
For the past 8 years, I’ve been helping people navigate their career path and mental health, including work experience as a career counselor at two large universities: The Ohio State University and San Francisco State University.
I’m a certified facilitator of trauma-sensitive yoga, which informs my therapy practice as well as my Embodied Career Coaching Program for creatives and entrepreneurs.
I’m a life-long learner and I approach my work with joy, dedication, and ease because it is value-aligned for me!
For fun, I love playing with my dog, a pitbull mix named Wilbur, indoor rock climbing, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family. Some of my special interests include books, thrifting vintage clothing/home goods, fragrance, gardening, and neurodiversity.

My Therapeutic Approach
I view therapy as a collaborative process, grounded in non-judgmental, authentic exploration of clients’ lives. I believe that my role is to offer guidance, reflection, and support to empower your innate ability to heal and grow.
I draw from a variety of trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, somatic, and interpersonal theories with an existential and multicultural/feminist lens.
